Shipping Policy
1. Applicable products
This shipping policy applies to all products distributed by PEGAHOMES.
2. Shipping time
- For orders within Ho Chi Minh City, express delivery will be available within 4 hours, meaning customers will receive their orders on the same day.
- For orders outside of Ho Chi Minh City, orders will be handed over to the shipping company within 12 hours, and customers will receive their orders within 1-3 days, depending on the delivery location.
3. Shipping Policy
- Free shipping on all orders over 2 million VND.
- For orders under 2 million VND, shipping fees are calculated according to the regulations of the shipping company.
- Customers have the right to refuse delivery and return goods if there are problems with the goods during transportation, such as moisture, tears, breakage, etc.
4. Shipping process
- The Sales Department contacts the customer and confirms the order, order value, and shipping costs (if any).
- Hand over the packaged goods to the shipping company.
- We will send the tracking number to the customer so they can monitor the order's status.
- The shipping company delivers the goods to the customer and completes the order.
