1. WARRANTY PROCEDURE

Step 1:
Customers should bring products requiring warranty service to the PEGAHOMES Warranty Center at:

For customers located far away, please contact us in advance via hotline for detailed instructions.

Step 2:
PEGAHOMES accepts the product.
Inspection time: 3-5 days from the date of receipt.

Step 3:
After the inspection, PEGAHOMES will inform the customer of the results:

  1. In case of a manufacturing defect:
    PEGAHOMES accepts warranty claims, with a processing time of 7 days .
  2. In case of user error:
    PEGAHOMES will advise on repair options and provide specific component price quotes.
    - If the customer does not agree : PEGAHOMES will return the product.
    - If the customer agrees to the repair :
    PEGAHOMES carries out replacement and repair.
    • Call to confirm and send a video of the product inspection after completion.
    • Perform a final check to ensure the product meets quality standards before delivery.

Note: The actual warranty period depends on the nature of the fault and the replacement parts used.

2. WARRANTY POLICY

2.1. PRODUCT GROUP

A. METAPET Products

Warranty period:

12 months for:

  • Pet feeder

  • Pet cleaning machine

6 months for:

  • Pet water filter

Policy:

  • Replacement of the product in its original packaging is available within 7 days of purchase if the product is defective due to a manufacturing fault.
  • The product must be intact, with no signs of tampering, cracks, tampering, or component alteration.
  • The device body must be free of scratches and dents. If there are any, only repairs will be applied , not replacements.
  • Return the complete box, charger, and accessories (A technician will thoroughly inspect the device before accepting it back) .
  • If the product is not covered under warranty, PEGAHOMES will advise on repair options at a reasonable price.

B. PEGABIDET Products – 12-month warranty

Applicable categories:

  • Smart bidet spray
  • Toilet seat
  • Wall-mounted chair

Policy:

  • Replacement of the product in its original packaging within 7 days if the defect is due to the manufacturer.
  • The product is still under warranty and has a valid receipt or electronic warranty from PEGAHOMES.
  • No scratches, no dents.
  • In cases where a defective product cannot be repaired, and is confirmed by a technician, PEGAHOMES will exchange it for a new product .

C. Accessories included with the machine

1. 12-month accessory replacement warranty:
Applies to adapters, charging cables, wireless charging pads, etc.

2. Software errors:
No innovation, just software bug fixes.

3. In case the customer wants to exchange for a full box:

  • The product must be intact, with all accessories, and show no signs of tampering, cracks, or counterfeiting.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping and any additional fees if they exchange the product for one of higher value.
  • Returned products must be in 100% original condition and meet the warranty conditions.

2.2. PRODUCT GROUPS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

  • The product is damaged due to fire, natural disasters, or animals .
  • The product is out of warranty .
  • This product is not distributed by the PEGAHOMES system .
  • The product shows signs of being dropped, subjected to strong impact, or exposed to water or chemicals .
  • The product has had its components replaced, the seal is broken, and the serial number is missing .
  • The product was used incorrectly, contrary to instructions, or with an incorrect voltage .
  • The user disassembled or repaired the device before sending it for warranty service.
